Some Additional Thoughts on the Overturning of Roe v. Wade

Here are some further points I wanted to make on the overturning of Roe v. Wade that I didn’t get in my earlier post.

In the overturning of Roe v. Wade by 6 to 3, the majority opinion was written by Justice (sic) Samuel Alito, who clearly stated that this decision was only to do with abortion and the main point being to protect the life of the unborn baby. Alito noted that the decision was not meant to affect other High Court decisions such as regarding gay marriage or contraception.

But in a separately written concurring opinion Justice (sic) Clarence Thomas wrote that this overturning Roe v. Wade decision should be used to reconsider past rulings favoring contraception and gay marriage.

I don’t know what it is with these fascists on the “Supreme” Court such as Thomas who do not believe in individual liberty and self-ownership and private property rights. Of course private people have the right to use contraception to prevent a pregnancy if they want to. The individual owns one’s own body. If the community in which one lives wants to impose a rule of no contraception, they could do so in a condition in which the community owns the life of that individual. But that is not what we have in a free society.

And individuals have a right to freedom of contract, in their personal lives as well as their economic lives. So that would include marital contracts. If a community or one’s neighbors don’t like private individuals’ contracts and associations, they would legislate against certain kinds of contracts such as gay marriage, that is, if the community or neighborhood owned the lives of said individuals.

But in a free society one’s community does not own one’s life or body. Right? In a free society recognizing self-ownership, private property rights and contract rights, when others in the community who don’t agree with the private people’s private contracts and relationships, those others may not interfere or intrude. “MYOB,” we used to say. I have addressed the “right to marry” in this earlier article.

Regarding the exceptions to anti-abortion laws, such as when the pregnancy threatens the life of the mother, or cases of rape or incest: I am mostly in agreement with the exception of when the mother’s life is in danger. However, the point is to protect the unborn baby from being killed — how does that change just because of the circumstances of the conception, such as a rape or incest? The unborn baby is not responsible for the violent actions of the father.

Incidentally, we would have far fewer rapes or attempted rapes if more women would arm themselves. That is another reason to preserve everybody’s right to keep and bear arms. You would think the feminists would advocate for the repeal of gun control laws that infringe upon the right of women to defend themselves against attempted rapists.

And on this overturning of Roe v. Wade, why so much hysteria? At many of those pro-abortion rallies we are hearing screaming activists behaving like abortion is now totally illegal. All the decision does is send the issue back to the states, and each state will decide what to do. I’ve never seen so much hysteria and irrationality. And the old biddies of “The View” have suggested going on a “sex strike.” (Like that’s a bad thing?)

A Sad Day in the Violent States of America

This is Andy Ngo’s twitter. I just looked at all the tweets from today going back to two days ago, June 25. He covers many “Pride” events this week, some of which don’t seem to have as much to do with “pride” as they have to do with openly displaying grotesque sexual perversion. That’s a lot to be proud of.

But mostly in the past two days as seen on that Twitter Ngo has been covering protests and riots in response to last week’s Supreme Court overturning of Roe v. Wade, these riots Ngo says which began mainly in 2020, and abortion is the rioters’ “latest excuse,” and that this is a  “long-term insurrection.”

And that’s exactly right. These groups and rioters who are assaulting innocent people and destroying businesses that have nothing to do with abortion, just want to commit acts of violence against others. They are merely thugs and marauders, and that is all.

And the “Pride” stuff. That used to be called “Gay Pride,” and “Gay Pride parades,” and so on. Why did they take off the “gay”? I guess that was to add the latest fad, the “transgender” stuff, to be more “inclusive.” Yech.

In Ngo’s twitter you can see some of the “Pride” activists showing their hatred toward feminists who are rational and who refuse to accept that biological males are females. Some of the more enraged thugs among the “Pride” activists openly call for the murder of those rational feminists, who the haters refer to as “trans-exclusionary radical feminists.” Who knew?

Besides the hated “trans-exclusionary radical feminists,” the violent activist thugs also call for the murder of Ngo himself, as well as the conservative Supreme Court justices (sic) who voted to overturn Roe v. Wade. (Not exactly the most pro-peace people of common decency, these activists, no?)

A lot of the abortion protests are showing how self-centered and narcissistic the pro-abortion robots really are. And this is all a cult, by the way, just like the Covid cult, the Climate cult, etc.

Many among the millions of millions of brainwashed abortion cultists are locked in their infantile immediate gratification narcissism — their religious rite of passage (of killing their offspring) is being threatened by the High Court’s recent ruling.

Some of the talk radio people have been playing excerpts of shrieking women expressing their outrage at the High Court, and their rage directed toward men of course. They sound like 2-year-olds having a temper tantrum, quite frankly.

The screaming abortion-promoters say they want “control over my body,” and all that. So control your body, and prevent it from getting pregnant and conceiving a child. That’s what “control” is.

How about not having promiscuous sex? And if they’re married, how about telling Hubby to use a condom? But noooo, it is extremely important to have the “right” to kill the inconvenient baby, which is a living human being, by the way, whether you’re in denial of that or not. The science backs that up. (But the people on the left have shown that they are anti-science when it comes to biology, and when it comes to things like Covid, “vaccines” that are not vaccines, face masks, “climate change,” and on and on.)

Pregnant teenage girls and women should view their unborn babies via ultrasound, and then they should view a video of an ultrasound showing an abortion procedure. Even medical doctors changed their minds about abortion after viewing it. The pregnant girls and women might also view “Silent Scream” produced by Bernard Nathanson, an OB/GYN who also changed his mind about abortion after seeing what happens to the baby during an abortion. (What really happens during an abortion?)

But on those abortion rally speeches I heard on the radio, and seeing in some news stories and on Andy Ngo’s twitter, the obscenities, the vulgarity, as well as the violence and lack of inhibition to commit acts of aggression against innocent people is quite frightening. Abortion activists have been bombing pro-life pregnancy centers and burning them to the ground, and they’re getting away with it. Beating up pro-life demonstrators holding signs? Activists trying to break into the Arizona Capitol building and hurt legislators? Where is attorney general Merlin Garlic? He just wants to use the DOJ and FBI for political reasons and go after Donald Trump and his supporters! What a bunch of schmucks who control our “justice” (sic) system!

Anyway, given that many of these activist hooligans are very young and were raised in the 2000s, I am not surprised to see the influence on them of our society’s violence and aggression, for example the two wars of aggression started by President George W. Bush against Iraq and Afghanistan, the hundreds of thousands of innocent human beings slaughtered over there by the U.S. military, and the enthusiastic support the American sheeple gave these policies of violence and aggression.

So, with the acts of aggression and violence (as well as the vulgarity and indecency) we are seeing committed by the abortion activists, it’s no wonder the aggressors promote the horror of aggression committed against the unborn baby in the womb.

Another Mass Shooting, Abortion “Rights” Protests, etc. – Time for a Rant

First, I want to say that I am not a “right-winger” or a conservative. I am a libertarian who believes that all associations and transactions must be voluntary. So I am anti-aggression and pro-peace.

Unlike many of today’s brainwashed “liberals” and “conservatives.” I am not for “America first” or “making America great again,” I am for freedom first.

So for example, I am anti-war and advocate closing down all foreign U.S. military bases overseas, and abolishing all foreign aid. And I am for removing the socialist controls the U.S. government has over the borders and restoring private property rights and the right of the people to self-defense and to keep and bear arms. Conservatives don’t understand that.

And on social issues, well, I am old-fashioned. But the government should have no authority over the private associations and contracts of the people. Decentralization and secession are necessary toward restoring freedom in our society. Both “liberals” and “conservatives” don’t seem to understand this. Both groups are authoritarians and both have this infantile need to be dependent on Mommy and Daddy government in Washington.

Anyway, I will continue with my scheduled rant.

There was another mass shooting in Amerika over the weekend, in Buffalo, apparently by an 18-year-old white anti-black racist with a long “manifesto” online (that social media outlets are censoring — why? who knows?).

Already on the Sunday talk shows the crazed governor of New York Kathy Hokum is shooting out those ignorant talking points promoting the fascism and authoritarianism from the left, “gun control, online censorship, gun control, online censorship, lather rinse repeat…” And the retarded mayor of Buffalo was repeating the same things, like he was already practicing for these press conferences and TV appearances for weeks leading up to the mass shooting. (Did they know in advance that this was going to happen?)

Glenn Greenwald has an excellent piece on the hypocrisy and inconsistency of the one side, with their already blaming Tucker Carlson and conservatives for the shooting, but who never blame left-wing media personalities such as Rachel Madcow for the influence they have had on, for instance, the latest shooter. Greenwald also pointed out how when a black anti-white racist commits mass murder against whites (and Greenwald gave specific recent examples in his piece), we never hear any outrage from the usual loudmouths who go on about “white nationalism,” etc.

I couldn’t believe all the recent examples Greenwald gave of black anti-white mass murders, that I had never heard about. I hadn’t heard about them on “news radio” WCBS, “news radio” WBZ, or any of the iHeart radio “news” and talk stations, quite frankly, or the two NPR “news” and talk stations here. They are all “mainstream” corporate outlets who believe in censoring, suppressing information, covering up (and also lying and making things up, such as with “Trump-Russia collusions,” etc.).

And by the way, the latest calls for more gun control are absurd. New York has the strictest gun control laws in the country, and didn’t prevent this latest mass shooting. You see, Gov. Hokum, criminals don’t care about laws against shooting people and killing people, so obviously they are not going to care about your gun laws, ya big dope. Duh. Gun control does not work!

Given that the Buffalo mass shooter-murderer is 18, and that he had previously been made to seek a “mental health evaluation” when he threatened to shoot up his school, are investigators going to look into whether or not he has been talking psychiatric drugs? We know as a fact that many mass murderers had been taking psychiatric drugs, like Xanax, Zoloft, and other antidepressants, anti-anxiety and anti-psychotic pharmaceutical drugs. But the “news” media don’t want to report on this because the pharmaceutical companies are sponsors on many of the “news” outlets. Sad.

So anyway, I think this is another distraction to take people’s minds away from this year’s election campaigns and the social issues that had been coming up, like CRT and transgender being imposed in the government schools.

Another probably planned distraction: the Supreme Court leaker distracted the people with news that the Supremes might overturn Roe v. Wade, which merely means that the issue will be returned to the states. But the panic that we see on the pro-abortion side. Yikes. It was just a bad decision, that even Ruth Buzzi Ginsburg said was a bad decision!

And the pro-abortion extremists aren’t concerned about the right to have an abortion. They are concerned about their “rite” to have an abortion, because it’s a ritualistic thing, this “rite of passage,” to murder their offspring. The abortion phenomenon is a cult now. Are all the activists we are seeing, with their protests outside the homes of Supreme Court “justices,” are the activists brainwashed? Many of them are pro-abortion up to the point of birth, and in some cases after the baby was born, which is obviously murder. If that’s not a cult, I don’t know what is.

The conservative or libertarian anti-CRT or anti-transgender-activism in the schools, do those conservatives and libertarians protest outside the homes of judges whose decisions might affect their children? Nope. I haven’t seen any of that. They merely speak up at school committee meetings, in which case the attorney general Merlin Garlic calls them “domestic terrorists” and sics the FBI on them. What a bunch of creeps at the DOJ and FBI. (They are the real fascists, but we don’t see “antifa” protesting the DOJ or FBI, do we?)

But, when it comes to “acceptable” protests from the left side, we have social activists who believe in intimidation, coercion, aggression and threats to get their point across.

So I think all these things now are distractions, including the Russia-Ukraine war that idiots in Washington want to get involved in. What a bunch of total idiots. Like they want nuclear war.

NATO should have been abolished decades ago. THAT is the problem, in which NATO has been provoking Peeeutin and Russia to strike out at Ukraine.

And the latest “uptick” in the Covid scamdemic, another distraction. Time to incite panic and hysteria again, Fauci, another moron. And “Dr.” Ashish Jha-Jha. They must know the actual truth about the virus, the CDC’s including non-Covid deaths on the list of Covid deaths, the faulty PCR tests, the deadly and harmful mRNA “vaccines” that are not vaccines, and the rest of the scam. But they and Pfizer are making a lot of money, that’s for sure.

The Leaked Supreme Court Abortion Decision

I don’t have much time now to write about the recent news of the leaked Supreme Bureaucrats decision to possibly overturn Roe v. Wade. But I will say that that was a bad decision, in which 9 robed fascists draw an arbitrary line, in which prior to a certain stage of the unborn baby’s development it is okay to kill the baby, and after that certain stage of development it is not okay to kill the baby. Based on nothing. But. Politics.

It seems to me that the leak was intentionally timed as a distraction and a psy-op to divert attention away from this week’s release of Dinesh D’Souza’s “2000 Mules,” which presents evidence regarding how the 2020 presidential election was stolen. This current abortion distraction is like the 2020 BLM riots and the 2020 Covid scamdemic which got a lot of attention to distract the sheeple from that year’s campaign.

Further Leftist Hysteria and More Reasons to Abolish the Supreme Court

Occasionally the Neocon Review has an informative article. This time the Review writes about a recent New York Times-published accusation about Supreme Bureaucrat Brett Kavanaugh from his much younger years.

The allegation, Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly write in a New York Times story adapted from their forthcoming anti-Kavanaugh book, is this: “We also uncovered a previously unreported story about Mr. Kavanaugh in his freshman year that echoes Ms. Ramirez’s allegation. A classmate, Max Stier, saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student.”

It looks like Pogrebin and Kelly’s new book is a reaction to Molly Hemingway and Carrie Severino’s book, Justice on Trial: The Kavanaugh Confirmation and the Future of the Supreme Court. But I could be wrong.

But in the Review article, we learn that

The book isn’t released until Tuesday, but Mollie Hemingway got a copy, and she writes on Twitter: “The book notes, quietly, that the woman Max Stier named as having been supposedly victimized by Kavanaugh and friends denies any memory of the alleged event.” Omitting this fact from the New York Times story is one of the worst cases of journalistic malpractice in recent memory.

Hence the “New York Slimes.” Now, frankly I couldn’t care less whether the activists impeach Kavanaugh or smear him or libel or slander him. As a lower court judge, Kavanaugh rubber-stamped many police state abuses, and his reading of the Fourth Amendment shows that he has not read the Fourth Amendment. Kavanaugh has stated that the Fourth Amendment “allows governmental searches and seizures without individualized suspicion when the Government demonstrates a sufficient ‘special need’ – that is, a need beyond the normal need for law enforcement – that outweighs the intrusion on individual liberty…”

So, Kavanaugh sees things in the Fourth Amendment that just aren’t there, in the same way a drunk sees pink elephants. Can you see just how far government judicial bureaucrats will go to excuse and rationalize the government’s criminal violations of the right of the people to be secure in their persons, their houses, their papers, and their effects?

Kavanaugh is a judicial rubber-stamper of the surveillance state, Gitmo, the War State, and the CIA, and really a corrupt apparatchik of the bureaucracy and the national security state. Kavanaugh and the other Justices (sic) on the Supreme Parasites wholeheartedly reject the principles of liberty of America’s founders. So why do we need those bureaucrats?

As Ryan McMaken of the Mises Institute has referred to them, the Supremes are the “American version of the Soviet politburo.” But liberals and conservatives need them to aid and abet those political activists’ shoving their social agendas down our throats!

And the reason that Dr. Christine Ballsey Ford and the others were attempting to smear Kavanaugh at last year’s confirmation hearings was not because they are concerned about his statist, police-state views. Those people on the left couldn’t care less about civil liberties. Just look at all the intrusions into our civil liberties imposed on innocent people by Obama with ObamaCare, NDAA, the drug war and his being the “deporter in chief.” And look at all the intrusions each and every one of the current Democrat candidates for President wants to impose on us. Forcing all of us into a one-size-fits-all Medicare for All scheme, confiscating firearms from people who have not harmed anyone, and more tax-stealing.

No, what the people on the left are hysterical over is abortion! That’s all they care about, along with their obsessions with race and skin color and their brainwashed sexual-perversions agenda. But no, it’s abortion. They are terrified that the Supreme Soviets in Washington will overturn Roe v. Wade. Which should be overturned because it’s a BAD decision.

The activists on the left are after Kavanaugh or any other possibly anti-abortion judge is because they have been brainwashed to believe that abortion is their “Rite of Passage,” and that all those millions and millions of girls and young women MUST have an abortion i.e. kill their offspring as a Rite of Passage. Generations now of women are brainwashed with this sick anti-human social agenda.

As Dr. Bernard Nathanson, a founding member of “National Abortion Rights Action League,” or NARAL, wrote in his and his group’s psy-opping the Supreme Court in the 1970s to get them to rule favorably in Roe v. Wade,

We aroused enough sympathy to sell our program of permissive abortion by fabricating the number of illegal abortions done annually in the U.S. The actual figure was approaching 100,000 but the figure we gave to the media repeatedly was 1,000,000. Repeating the big lie often enough convinces the public. The number of women dying from illegal abortions was around 200 – 250 annually. The figure constantly fed to the media was 10,000. These false figures took root in the consciousness of Americans convincing many that we needed to crack the abortion law. Another myth we fed to the public through the media was that legalizing abortion would only mean that the abortions taking place illegally would then be done legally. In fact, of course, abortion is now being used as a primary method of birth control in the U.S. and the annual number of abortions has increased by 1500% since legalization….

I am often asked what made me change my mind. How did I change from prominent abortionist to pro-life advocate? In 1973, I became director of obstetrics of a large hospital in New York City and had to set up a perinatal research unit, just at the start of a great new technology which we now use every day to study the fetus in the womb. A favorite pro-abortion tactic is to insist that the definition of when life begins is impossible; that the question is a theological or moral or philosophical one, anything but a scientific one. Fetology makes it undeniably evident that life begins at conception and requires all the protection and safeguards that any of us enjoy.

Why, you may well ask, do some American doctors who are privy to the findings of fetology, discredit themselves by carrying out abortions? Simple arithmetic: at $300.00 a time 1.55 million abortions means an industry generating $500,000,000 annually, of which most goes into the pocket of the physician doing the abortion. It is clear that permissive abortion is purposeful destruction of what is undeniably human life. It is an impermissible act of deadly violence. One must concede that unplanned pregnancy is a wrenchingly difficult dilemma. But to look for its solution in a deliberate act of destruction is to trash the vast resourcefulness of human ingenuity, and to surrender the public weal to the classic utilitarian answer to social problems.

So, it’s all about abortion. The people on the left are obsessed with abortion and killing their offspring. They will lie and make things up, about medical statistics, about judicial nominees and government judges.

I hope that, if another Justice (sic) retires or dies in the next year or two, Trump will this time nominate Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Amy Coney Barrett. In her own nomination hearings for the lower court, Judge Barrett was the target of an anti-religion grilling by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Shady Pines). Feinstein said that Judge Barrett’s decisions may be too influenced by her religious “dogma.” Barrett is a religious Catholic.

Wikipedia indicates some of Judge Barrett’s decisions have so far been pro-Second Amendment, protecting the Fourth Amendment, not protective of a police officer’s “qualified immunity,” and not favorable to Title IX (involving the  egregious violation of a male student’s right to due process in a sexual assault allegation).

I really hope that a Supreme Bureaucrat leaves the High Court so that we can get an Amy Coney Barret nomination, and watch the fireworks, see the hysterical abortion fanatics make fools of themselves just as they have been doing regarding Brett Kavanaugh. Such a nomination will drag those lefty wackos out of their respective psychiatric hospitals and give us some good entertainment, that’s for sure.

So, we are getting it from all sides of the statist coin here. The leftists with their sick agendas and political correctness fascism, and we are also getting it from the so-called conservatives with their police-state fascism as well.

We really need to completely abolish the Supreme Court and restore the Tenth Amendment. And we need to get some kind of movement going in which if government orders you to do something you don’t voluntarily agree to you just don’t do it, and there are no consequences, because you have not harmed anyone by not following the government’s fascist orders (including participating in “Medicare for All”), and at the same time, if the government prohibits you from doing something or owning or possessing something that is not a harm to others or is not anyone’s else’s business then you just have it anyway and there are no consequences, because your disobeying the government’s prohibition of this or that has not harmed anyone.

Get rid of the Supreme Court. It is truly one of America’s and freedom’s worst enemies.
