We are now hearing more about the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas this week. It appears that the police waited outside the school while apparently the shooter was inside having barricaded himself in a classroom where he killed the little children.
Why wouldn’t the police go into the school building?* Why did they have to form a “perimeter” outside? So, we know that they should have gone into the building at least in the hallway outside the classroom where the shooter was. Were they given an order to “stand down” by superiors? (Like the police in many of those 2020 BLM riots, looting, arson and burning down buildings, and other previous riots.)
And we are now hearing that parents who had rushed to the school were telling the police to go in, and some parents were trying to go in themselves to save their kids. I guess parents have more guts than government police when it comes to saving kids. One mother was able to get in and take her kid out to safety. Another parent, however, was TASERED by the government police and still other parents were actually handcuffed!
Talk about nazis. No wonder they call them “pigs.” Another good reason to abolish and de-monopolize government-monopolized community policing and security, as I wrote in this article.
And did you see some of the photos of the shooter? He had this kind of feminine-like sucking face, and a spooky resemblance to Elliot Rodger the Santa Barbara college shooter. I wrote about Rodger and Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza here and here. Yes, psychiatric drugs did play a role in those other shootings, as did video games (more the non-violent ones) and a general dysfunctional life. Oh, well.
And on talk radio, those “conservatives” are obsessed with police, with putting more police in the schools (or, as the nudnik Sean Hannity constantly says, “former police and military”). No, we don’t need ANY police in the schools! All they will do is arrest and handcuff little kids for “acting up” or for making a finger gesture like a gun and saying, “bang, bang!” and the government police otherwise assault the little kids. John Whitehead at the Rutherford Institute has written about those things many times now in his great articles.
No, rather than police, as I recently mentioned, just let teachers and staff be armed if they want to. (And let kids be armed as well, as long as they are trained with firearms, like in the old days.) I know, to some brainwashed sheeple, that sounds absurd. Things have changed since decades ago when that didn’t sound absurd at all, as society has further decayed and continues to decay.
And repeal all the “gun-free zone” laws!
If at least a teacher or staff member had been armed there at the school, he or she could have taken out the shooter early on, saving many lives! WHY don’t the so-called “conservative” talk radio personalities mention that? But no, they are obsessed with their love, the police, and they love the police state as well.
And the Democrats and leftists really just want to disarm law-abiding citizens and make them defenseless. They are a part of some sort of demonic, satanic cult, I am now convinced of that.
The Democrats and leftists side with criminals, we know that’s the case. They get rid of bail and let arrested violent thugs go right back out to hurt more people. They have bail funds like Kommie-la Harris did with the 2020 rioters, arsonists, looters and thugs. And contrary to their grandstanding, Democrats and leftists do not want to protect children. We know that as a fact in their not just pro-abortion fanaticism, but pro-“abortion” after the baby is born. They are pro-aggression, they don’t want people to defend themselves against aggressors, they believe in violence, they want civilians to be disarmed, unarmed and defenseless, and they want only military and police to have guns. How did that work out for the Jews in Germany? And for people in Mao’s China? Hmmm.
*UPDATE (May 28): And now we are hearing in the news that the police were in the hallway outside the classroom, and waited an hour before going into the classroom. They claim that they assumed that the kids in the classroom, where the shooter was barricaded, were already killed. But that doesn’t make sense. The police didn’t hear kids inside the classroom talking, or yelling or crying? We know the kids in there had been repeatedly calling 911. And also, there are already plenty of witnesses and videos showing that police waited outside the building, and were actively preventing parents from going in the building, So, I do not believe the claim that police were inside and in the hallway outside the classroom.
There was another mass shooting, another school shooting at a school in Uvalde, Texas, killing 19 children and two adults. And once again the gun control crowd irrationally calls for more restrictions on guns.
The problem with gun control laws is that they do not disarm criminals, they merely disarm law-abiding citizens and make them defenseless.
Criminals don’t obey the law, and that is why we call them criminals.
Criminals and violent psychopaths obviously don’t care that it’s illegal to assault and murder innocent people. Right? So they obviously don’t care about laws restricting gun ownership, possession, buying or selling of guns. If guns are not available and the criminal psychopath wants a gun then he will steal a gun. Criminals don’t care that stealing is illegal, either.
Why can’t we get the hysterical, irrational gun-grabbers to understand these basic facts? (Because they’re hysterical and irrational?) Instead, they want to disarm law-abiding citizens so they can’t defend themselves.
And someone who is hell-bent on killing a lot of people is going to do so with or without guns. If he can’t get a gun then he might get into a car and run into those kids in the playground. What are you going to do, ban cars? Or he’ll get knives and stab a bunch of people like they do in England. So ban knives?
In the school where 20 people were murdered, if a teacher or staff member had been armed then that person could have taken out the shooter early on, saving at least some of those lives, or most of them.
So that really is the choice. Either keep gun-free zone laws in place, in which wackos will target the kids and no one around can disable the shooter and more victims will be killed, OR let people at the school be armed and they can save lives. THAT’S the choice.
In the old days, even kids had guns. They brought them into school. There were school rifle teams and gun clubs. No one thought anything of it. And there were NO SCHOOL SHOOTINGS! Hmm, why was that?
(There was also no xanax, zoloft, and other anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drugs given to the kids, as well as adderall and ritalin being given to the kids. Was the Texas school shooter taking those horrible psychiatric drugs?)
There are other factors, of course, as to what drove the school shooter to murder innocent people. Many societal and family-related factors. A militaristic culture. A decaying society. Two years of the Covid scamdemic, suffocating masks. I’m glad I’m not a kid these days, that’s for sure.
Jacob Hornberger points out how gun control laws in New York caused the Buffalo grocery store mass shooting victims to be defenseless and unable to protect themselves, but the same laws did not disarm the shooter.
Why do we have to go over this stuff again? So, this guy shot and killed 8 people in various spas a.k.a. massage parlors in Atlanta, Georgia. Some of the victims were Asian and some people want him charged with “hate crimes.” I’m not going to address that aspect here, only the latest calls for gun control, and the psychiatric aspects.
And then a guy shot and killed 10 people at a supermarket in Boulder, Colorado.
The two suspects of both shootings are both age 21. The guy in Boulder has a history of bad temper, aggression and violence, and “paranoia and mental illness,” according to his brother, and was apparently known not to local law enforcement but to the FBI. The guy in Atlanta shooting up the massage parlors supposedly had a severe “sex addiction.”
First, the gun control issue. The only people that gun control laws affect are law-abiding people, because they obey the law. Criminals do not obey the law. Duh.
Someone who obviously doesn’t care that assaulting, shooting or killing people is illegal is not going to obey laws regarding guns (or anything else for that matter). I don’t know why gun control advocates can’t grasp that fact.
Violent gun-related crime is high in the strictest gun control states and cities. Look at Chicago. So gun control laws don’t work. Why? Because criminals who are going to shoot and kill others don’t obey the law! Duh.
Why do gun control advocates want to disarm law-abiding people and make them defenseless? Why do the people on the left want only government police (or military) to be armed, but law-abiding citizens to be unarmed and defenseless?
At the spas in Atlanta and the supermarket in Boulder, had just one person at one of those places been armed, that person could have disabled the shooter early in the shooting incident, and saved lives.
The other aspect of all this is how Big Pharma plays a role in these young people being violent, based on the history of these shootings and killings in recent decades. The Atlanta shooter was being treated for “sex addiction,” supposedly. And I want to know if he has been taking psychiatric drugs such as the SSRI antidepressants, anti-anxiety or anti-psychotic drugs. The same for the Boulder shooter who supposedly has a history of “paranoia,” violence and “mental illness.”
You see, the reason why mainstream news media won’t touch the aspect of psychiatric drugs and violence is because the mainstream news media are generally a bunch of shills for the pharmaceutical industry. Like the general U.S. sheeple, the news media have this indoctrinated blind faith in Establishment medicine and pharma drugs, despite the damage they all do.
And at this point I would like to repost a post I had done before that includes quotes from some of my previous posts on these issues, because I don’t have time to write more now.
Here is the earlier post from January of 2018 (sorry if some links no longer work):
(January 25, 2018) There was yet another school shooting that left two kids dead and injured several more, this time in Kentucky. But rather than insisting that “gun-free zone” laws be repealed, irrational hystericals like former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords want to strengthen the gun control laws.
In his attempt to revive Ron Paul’s bill to repeal the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990, Congressman Thomas Massie wrote, according to Reason, “Gun-free school zones are ineffective. They make people less safe by inviting criminals into target-rich, no-risk environments … Gun-free zones prevent law-abiding citizens from protecting themselves, and create vulnerable populations that are targeted by criminals.”
It’s only common sense.
And it’s only a matter of time that we hear about this week’s Kentucky school shooter having been on Xanax or some antidepressant or one of those combined with pain killers. There have been too many of them now.
As I noted before, the South Carolina church shooter, Dylan Storm Roof, was on the benzodiazepine anti-anxiety drug Xanax and the pain killer Suboxone. (Another well-known benzodiazepine drug is Valium.) Suboxone is a dangerous drug known to cause violent outbursts.
Last year’s Santa Barbara college shooter, Elliot Rodger, was on Xanax and the pain killer Vicodin.
And Columbine High School shooter Eric Harris had been on Luvox, an SSRI anti-depressant also used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders.
While it was not officially confirmed that Sandy Hook School shooter Adam Lanza had been on psychiatric drugs, a parents rights organization sued the state of Connecticut to release Lanza’s medical records, but the request was denied “because ‘it would cause a lot of people to stop taking their medications’.” I guess that answers that question.
And Dr. Peter Breggin, a psychiatrist who has testified several times before Congress on these issues, speculates that Nidal Hasan, the 2009 Fort Hood shooter who apparently was a military psychiatrist, was in all likelihood “self-medicating” with psychiatric drugs.
And in this more recent post, I wrote,
A major study released last year showed that antidepressants can increase the risk of suicide. Some common antidepressants include Zoloft, Luvox, Celexa, Prozak, and Paxil…
Among antidepressant possible side effects are the worsening of the user’s depression, or causing an increase in stress or anxiety. In some cases, antidepressants can actually cause someone to be depressed.
According to psychiatrist Dr. Peter Breggin, antidepressants have been shown to cause long-term depression and other side effects.
Dr. Breggin has published this series on the Michelle Carter case. That’s the teen who was recently convicted of “texting her boyfriend into committing suicide.” Dr. Breggin’s series is quite extensive on that whole case. According to Dr. Breggin, who gave expert testimony at that trial, Ms. Carter and her late boyfriend had been taking prescription antidepressants for years up to that terrible moment. Dr. Breggin considers them both “victims of psychiatry.”
Dr. Breggin has also written on the hazards of prescribing Ritalin to children diagnosed with ADHD, and has written on the misdiagnosing of children, noting how anti-ADHD drugs have been shown to stunt kids’ growth and cause brain shrinkage, among other problems. (Here is Dr. Breggin’s informative page on children and psychiatric drugs.)
Dr. Breggin has also noted how pharmaceutical companies’ marketing strategies have pointed them toward the U.S. armed forces, some of whose members are taking dangerous combinations of drugs, and in which the suicide rate of servicemen is at an all-time high. According to military psychologist Col. Bart Billings, the military psychiatrists “have no clue about what they’re doing.” (So reassuring, isn’t it?)
Incidentally, if someone wanted to stop taking antidepressants, to prevent dangerous withdrawal symptoms see Dr. Breggin’s book on psychiatric drug withdrawal, Psychiatric Drug Withdrawal: A Guide for Prescribers, Therapists, Patients and Their Families.
Besides those kinds of drugs poisoning the kids and stunting their physical, emotional and intellectual growth, there are also vaccines (and too many of them), the harmful chemicals in processed foods and food dyes, and harmful street drugs.
Melissa Melton wrote in this article that, “Of the top ten prescription drugs linked to violence toward others, a 2010 study based on FDA adverse reaction data show that five were antidepressants and two were for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).” And she quoted from a Facebook post that gun manufacturer John Noveske wrote shortly before he died in a (suspicious?) car crash, a full list of youths who had killed or hurt someone and the particular psychiatric drug the killers were taking:
Jeff Weise, age 16, had been prescribed 60 mg/day of Prozac (three times the average starting dose for adults!) when he shot his grandfather, his grandfather’s girlfriend and many fellow students at Red Lake, Minnesota. He then shot himself. 10 dead, 12 wounded.
Cory Baadsgaard, age 16, Wahluke (Washington state) High School, was on Paxil (which caused him to have hallucinations) when he took a rifle to his high school and held 23 classmates hostage. He has no memory of the event.
Chris Fetters, age 13, killed his favorite aunt while taking Prozac.
Christopher Pittman, age 12, murdered both his grandparents while taking Zoloft.
Mathew Miller, age 13, hung himself in his bedroom closet after taking Zoloft for 6 days.
Kip Kinkel, age 15, (on Prozac and Ritalin) shot his parents while they slept then went to school and opened fire killing 2 classmates and injuring 22 shortly after beginning Prozac treatment.
Luke Woodham, age 16 (Prozac) killed his mother and then killed two students, wounding six others.
And there are quite a few more on the list.
So why is it, after all this time that we have known that most of the school shooters (and many otherwise killers, assaulters, murderous reckless drivers, etc.) in the past 20 years have been drugged up not on hard drugs or street drugs but prescription psychiatric drugs, that the media still refuse to report on it? Are news media outlets that dependent on Big Pharma for ads?
But instead of addressing the real causes of these violent episodes, the hystericals want to disarm law-abiding, peaceful people and make them defenseless. WHY?
So I will quote further from my earlier linked post on all this, especially regarding the gun control hystericals out there:
Will the mainstream media zombies ever begin to report on these important aspects of the mass shootings of the past 20 years or so? When I was growing up, there were no school shootings. At least, none that I can remember ever hearing about. There was the Kent State massacre, but that was the government shooting and murdering innocent students. Government goons don’t need psychiatric drugs to make it easier for them to kill people. They’re the government!
And when I was growing up, there was no “ADHD” or “Asperger’s,” i.e. made-up labels to stick to kids just for acting like normal kids. And there was no Adderall, no Ritalin, no Xanax. The top 12 deadliest mass shootings in U.S. history begin in 1966.
Besides these mass killers not controlling their emotions and aggression as normal people do, there is also the cultural aspect to this violence. American culture is now one of immediacy, distraction, and narcissism. And as Butler Shaffer and Jacob Hornberger observed, perhaps one reason why these mass shootings happen more in the United States and not in most other countries is that our government is the one government mainly that starts wars of aggression against other countries, occupies foreign lands and acts with impunity against foreigners. The American government police are also notorious now for their criminal violence against innocents. These criminal acts of aggression by government goons against foreigners and against the bureaucrats’ own fellow Americans are now being seen, especially by the young, as implicit acceptance of violence.
But rather than looking at these actual causes of these shootings, especially the psychiatric drugs, the mainstream media instead promote the government-imposed gun control agenda!
Yeah, how’s that “Gun Free Zone” stuff working out at Sandy Hook, and this week in Oregon, and at Fort Hood? You see, all you gun control robots out there, when you impose legal restrictions on guns, those who actually obey the law will obey those laws. The criminals, however, who don’t obey laws against murder, rape, robbery, and assault, obviously will not obey the gun laws! Why can’t the anti-gun people understand that? I wonder if they really just like the idea of disarming innocent people, and making innocent people defenseless. Including people deemed “mentally ill.” (But who is to decide who has “mental illness“? All those mentally ill bureaucrats in Washington? All those idiot psychiatrists and primary care “doctors” prescribing those life-destroying drugs like candy? But I digress.) Eventually, those people who disagree with the Regime and criticize the Bureaucracy will be diagnosed by the government psychiatrists as “mentally ill”!
No, it just makes the gun-grabbers feel good to see that they are taking away guns from peaceful, law-abiding people. But one thing the emotion-driven control freaks don’t like to acknowledge is that all tyrannical government regimes disarm the population as a way to strengthen and expand the bureaucrats’ own power and control. The Nazis disarmed the Jews to make it easier to murder them, by the way, as discussed in this book on Gun Control in the Third Reich by Stephen Halbrook. Yet, when we who understand history bring up these points against gun control, the gun-grabbing fanatics scoff at it, like we’re the irrational ones!

So, last week was the Democrat convention. I only heard excerpts of the speeches on the radio. The Obamas, the Clintons, Cruella Harris, John Kerry, Cory Schnooker. Oh, they were inspiring, all right.
But did anyone there mention how Barack Obama and his VP Joe Biden continued the fascist drug war viciously, and that they went after medical marijuana people even in states that legalized medical marijuana? What about the drone strikes that murder mainly innocent civilians overseas that Obama escalated after Bush?
Did they mention how as a U.S. Senator Joe Biden wrote or sponsored legislation hardening the drug war, and in fact gave us drug-related asset forfeiture? Just look at all the awful fascist laws Biden gave Amerika. Many of those laws have negatively affected black people much more than whites. But remember, if you don’t vote for Biden, “you ain’t black!”
Sadly, Donald Trump agrees with the fascist drug war, and in fact he has said he wants to militarize it! Doh!
So far, the Republicans have begun their convention with speakers who are trying to give people “hope,” but they are nevertheless fellow fascists, neocons, drug warriors and regime-change warmongers. Oh, well.
Trump was correct toward the beginning of the scamdemic that the hysteria and panic was unwarranted, until the bureaucratic swamp that surrounds him in the White House gave him a good psy-opping. If Trump isn’t going to tell the American people that the CDC and NIH and Fauci have been lying to us about the “virus,” then he is one of them, as far as I’m concerned. He’s a liar, too. And a swamp creature as well.
We know that “175,000” people “killed by COVID-19” is a lie, because CDC and most of the states’ “public health” bureaucrats are counting heart disease deaths, diabetes deaths, stroke deaths, accidental deaths, gunshot deaths, etc. as “COVID-19 deaths,” simply if the deceased person had tested positive for coronavirus. We know that most of the “COVID” patients put on ventilators die, and probably because of the ventilator. And we know that COVID-19 has a .1 to .2% infection fatality rate, just like seasonal flu. So given that the COVID-19 is no more deadly than the seasonal flu, not only is “175,000 people killed by COVID-19” a lie, it’s not even close to that.
The panic-inciting bureaucrats and their co-conspirators in the media have been engaging in such Orwellian fear-mongering for what reason? Are they trying to terrify the masses into not wanting to physically go to the polls to vote in primaries or in the November election? It wouldn’t surprise me. The Trump haters lied about “Russia collusions” for 3 years, and Adam Stiff and Jerry Noodler conducted Spanish Inquisitions to try to get Trump but they failed. We see how corrupt these people are, and their cohorts in the media.
Look, if you can go to the grocery store, the bank and other places as people have been doing, then you can go to the polls and vote. That will ensure that your vote will be counted.
However, if you vote by mail, there is a very good chance that your vote won’t be counted. Given the cancel culture and the censorship and shame crusade against Trump supporters, if you’re a Trump voter do you really want the election workers who open those envelopes to see your name and know that you voted for Trump?
No, I’m not a Trump supporter or voter, I wouldn’t even vote for the joke of a “Libertarian” Party, with that sheeple Jo Smorgasbord, wearing the mask of submission to the State that symbolizes serfdom and suppression of dissent. And standing with the Marxists of “Black Lives Matter,” who don’t give a damn about the many more black lives being murdered by other black people than by police (and the “blacks and browns” being murdered by U.S. CIA drone strikes overseas, quite frankly). And besides, Jorgensen only won 5,000 or so votes in the states’ primaries for 2020, while Jacob Hornberger won some 9,000 votes, yet the convention partiers decided to go with Jorgensen!
Speaking of “Black Lives Matter”/Antifa, why do media and Democrats refer to rioters, looters, vandals, arsonists burning down businesses, people throwing rocks and bricks at others, as “peaceful protesters”? What about the marauders going into quiet, suburban neighborhoods to wake up the “white, rich people”?
You probably heard about the “white, rich couple” in St. Louis, the McCloskeys, who brandished their firearms when a large group of marauding terrorists broke into and trespassed on their property and threatened to burn their house down. The corrupt DA is investigating the couple for defending their home and their lives! They are actually Democrats who spoke at the Republican convention. Go figure.
But I digress. Regarding the mail-in cheating, if that gets imposed in many states for November, and for no good reason except as a means for people to cheat more easily, then we are going to see contested state election after contested state election, lawsuits galore, with voting challenges stuck in the courts for weeks, even months. This will not only apply to the Presidential election but to Congressional races as well. It can only be chaos, and may not be resolved by early January because Congressional races will not be resolved, and by January 20th Nancy Lugosi will be sworn in as President. Hooray for “democracy”! Don’t you love it?
I wanted to write my response to the recent “Libertarian” Party shenanigans, but it’s going to have to wait now. After 2 months of “COVID” imprisonment and fascist business closures, mask orders and socialist distancing, and my having to write about those things, now the narrative managers have abruptly changed the subject to the RACE crap, out of no where!
The RACE crap and “racism” here, there and everywhere coming out of the woodwork after a long time that we haven’t had to hear that, and the recent police brutality incident in Minneapolis which has little to do with race or racism.
America is NOT a “racist country”! The U.S. over 50 years ago installed the “Civil Rights” Act and nationwide abolished Jim Crow laws and made it a crime to “discriminate” against people based on race, especially in businesses, schools and “public accommodations.” Many businesses and educational institutions have “affirmative action” programs for people of color.
And prior to the past 3 months scamdemic Wall Street panic-selling and governors-forced business closures, by the end of last year the unemployment rates for black and Hispanic Americans and women were at their lowest ever in history. Thanks to Trump signing those tax cuts and the deregulation he imposed.
But the scamdemic political scammers and Trump haters took all that away now. And the rioters are helping the self-destructive cause even further.
And this certainly isn’t a defense of Donald Trump, who continues to prosecute the racist drug war in which black Americans are incarcerated at much higher rates than whites, and Trump who continues the drone strikes which mainly murder innocent civilians in the Middle East and Asia.
Nevertheless there was Plan A to get rid of Donald Trump, “Russia collusions” that didn’t work. And then Plan B, the made-up Impeachment fiasco (that also didn’t work). And then Plan C, as soon as the Impeachment failed in February, the obsessed Trump haters then exploited a “virus” and imposed their fascist orders on the people to cause economic devastation, which they did.
And now it’s Plan D, exploit a nazi cop in Minneapolis murdering a black suspect, and use that one incident to engage in more economic destruction, theft, and falsely claim there’s an epidemic of racism in America.
So the rioting and looting, burning down buildings and cars and hurting people has nothing to do with racism. (Unless you want to refer to black-instigated anti-white racism…)
If the “Black Lives Matter” or antifa “protesters” cared in the least about the plight of black people, they wouldn’t have destroyed the minority-owned businesses in Minneapolis and other cities. And further, many of those small businesses are local grocers and gas stations, the destruction of which leaves lower-income residents at a further disadvantage in their providing for themselves. Thanks, “protesters.”
And those governors, mayors, or police chiefs who told local police or National Guard to “stand down”? Useless tax eaters, all of them.
Much of this is not to do with race, but is mainly to do with the people on the left carrying out their anti-capitalism political agenda.
In 2009-2010 were the Tea Party protests and rallies, especially after ObamaCare and other further centralization and tax-theft policies, because those protesters don’t like more of their income and earnings and freedom taken away from them. They cleaned up after themselves after their rallies and they didn’t destroy property. And then in 2011-2012 there were the Occupy Wall Street protests, in which property was destroyed and protesters left disgusting messes. There was a stark difference between the two groups. The Occupy Wall Street crowd wanted the government apparatus to be used to “take from others,” and get their “fair share,” if you know what I mean.
More recently, there have been crowds of people protesting peacefully against the fascist government-ordered shutdown of the businesses and fascist stay-at-home orders. Those protesters have gone to state capitols with their signs and chanting and giving public speeches, but by and large they were not violent.
The current return of protests, in which many of the “protesters” are not protesters but are criminal marauders and monsters, are not acting out any legitimate form of protest. They are burning down businesses and stealing from them, setting cars on fire, and hurting people.
They are merely acting out the same anti-capitalist mentality (.pdf) of the same people of the white-collar variety who had been panic-selling on Wall Street and ordering businesses shut down.
But the main issue with the police murder of a black man in Minneapolis is not to do with the race of victim or perpetrator, but was yet another criminal act of government violence against a civilian.
The answer to THAT problem is to de-monopolize community policing and security. Abolish government police. No one should have legal authority over anyone else, in which if the “civilian” does something criminal he goes to jail but if the “authority” does something criminal he does not go to jail. That is not a free society or a civilized society. That’s a criminal society, in my view.
As I wrote back in 2013, “No more police socialism.” Here is an excerpt:
So the way I see it, theoretically, police or “law enforcement” socialism is when government bureaucrats possess the ownership of the means of production and provision of community policing and security while outlawing (at least implicitly) any competing agencies to do the same.
But a more honest assessment of police socialism is this: The people of a community already possess or could possess the means of providing their own security themselves. Those interested in doing so already have the natural right to establish private policing firms or voluntary groups and have a right to possess whatever armaments they wish to carry out such endeavors.
But in the current situation of police socialism, government bureaucrats have stolen from the people their ability to provide their own security, by making such attempts artificially unlawful and through disarmament schemes weakening the people’s abilities to physically defend and protect themselves when their lives and property are threatened.
The government bureaucrats have usurped and forcibly monopolized the means of production in security provision at the people’s expense. That, in a nutshell, is what police socialism is.
So what do these bureaucrats and monopolists do with their monopoly power, enforce the law?
Well, they enforce the thousands and thousands of made-up laws on the books which make artificial criminals of totally innocent human beings, that’s for sure.
Okay, but is such a government-monopolized system efficient? I’ll bet Murray Rothbard would answer in the negative.
Do the government police protect people from the aggressions of others? (Hmmm. I hear snickering out there.)
As CopBlock’s Peter Eyre noted recently, the government police have no legal obligation to protect anyone.
So why the hell do they exist?
As the late William Norman Grigg correctly pointed out, government monopolized community policing and security is a “protection” racket.
And more recently, Ryan McMaken at the Mises Institute addresses the uselessness of the government police racket in Minneapolis.
Government police are useless. That is why the business owners in Minneapolis and elsewhere need to exercise their right to keep and bear arms, and to use them if necessary, to protect their businesses, to protect their lives and their livelihoods, like the Korean business owners did in the “wild west” of L.A. during the 1992 Rodney King riots.
And I am not suggesting that citizens just go and shoot people, obviously. But people have a right to self-defense. If someone is breaking into your home you have a right to exercise self-defense to protect yourself and your family. The same right applies to your place of business, which is your livelihood, your means of providing sustenance. Anyone directly invading and physically wrecking such means of sustenance is literally threatening your life.
But such rights of self-defense also apply to when the government is threatening you.
And no, I am not suggesting that people go and shoot police either! BUT, theoretically, people have the right to defend themselves against anyone who directly threatens their lives. Larken Rose controversially addressed that issue in this article.
As Judge Andrew Napolitano wrote a few years ago,
The historical reality of the Second Amendment’s protection of the right to keep and bear arms is not that it protects the right to shoot deer. It protects the right to shoot tyrants, and it protects the right to shoot at them effectively, thus, with the same instruments they would use upon us. If the Jews in the Warsaw ghetto had had the firepower and ammunition that the Nazis did, some of Poland might have stayed free and more persons would have survived the Holocaust.
Speaking of Jews, see this article on Jews and “gun control,” on the website of Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership.
And by the way, while Ronald Reagan, the NRA and the KKK all tried to legally prevent black Americans from owning and possessing firearms, it was the Black Panthers of the 1960s and ’70s who were gun rights biggest advocates, wrote UCLA law professor Adam Winkler.
I know, a lot of this is “10 foot pole” stuff, but there is a lot of ignorance and simple-mindedness out there. Certain ideas must be discussed.
If you are interested in all these ideas, and I hope you are, for further info see these important and enlightening articles:

I wrote this post on September 14, 2009:
Here is a question about the Second Amendment, which protects our right to bear arms, a right the Supreme Court recently reaffirmed as an individual’s right, particularly associated with one’s right to defend oneself from the aggression of others. However, the court specifically referred to the right existing within “one’s home.”
My question is this: If there are laws that forcibly disarm a citizen while outside of one’s home, such as while walking in public areas, and that citizen is attacked by some assailant and killed because of being disarmed by the state and thus unable to defend himself, the officials who engaged in that legal disarming, such as the legislators and the mayor or governor who signed it into law, can’t be charged with “aiding and abetting” or being “accessories” because of lack of “intent,” but can they be charged with “involuntary manslaughter?”
Didn’t the Founders create our Constitution and the Bill of Rights with the intention of protecting the individual from the state?
What would the American Founders have done if there were a “Royal Gun Control” policy? Would the Revolution have been possible?
Here is Will Grigg on some issues with local police in Support Your Local Sadist.
In Massachusetts, a bill passed both houses of the legislature in response to H1N1 Flu pandemic hysteria, that will give “authorities” the power to, without warrant, forcibly enter private homes of people suspected of having that illness, and either force vaccinations or “quarantine” them if they refuse, or they would face heavy fines and/or imprisonment. I don’t know if Gov. Patrick has signed it or intends to. It depends on how pro- or anti-civil liberties he is.
It is interesting how people on the left and Democrats were in the past very pro-civil liberties and individual rights. I think that’s changed.
And, with any further government or Federal government control over the entire health and medical care system, the police state mentality and hysteria might very well increase.

Jacob Hornberger, the winner of the 2020 Iowa Libertarian Party caucuses, writes that Democrats and Republicans are responsible for America’s culture of violence. They have imposed the war on drugs, foreign interventionism and foreign wars and bombing other countries for no good reason. And it needs to stop.
