Everyone Has the Freedom of Speech and the Right to Criticize the Washington Regime and Israel

David Bier at the Cato Institute makes some important points in his article, U.S. Citizens Don’t Have First Amendment Rights If Noncitizens Don’t

Given that Trump doesn’t believe that people have a right to due process, as we heard from his recent interview on Meet the Press, it isn’t a surprise that he is indicating that not just foreigners should be expelled and deported off to for-profit prisons but Americans as well, if they express viewpoints that go against the regime in Washington.

In my view, the authoritarian scum in Washington including Donald Trump and Marco Rubio are extremely dishonest people when it comes to the right of the people to our freedom of speech. Rubio is outright asserting that if someone writes an op-ed that Rubio thinks “undermines U.S. foreign policy,” that writer should be expelled from the country, despite not being charged with any actual crimes. And he is obviously implying anyone, not just non-U.S. citizens.

There must be something going on with these people in the government regarding Israel, and their blind obedience to Israel. Criticizing Israel’s bombing and mass murders of tens of thousands of innocent civilians in Gaza is “undermining U.S. foreign policy” to the schmuck secretary of State. And by something going on I mean something of a financial nature, if you get my drift.

Well gee, Little Marco, if there weren’t people criticizing George W. Bush and Dick Cheney’s wars of aggression in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the previous President George H.W. Bush attacking Iraq in the 1990s, and the hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians they murdered in those areas, the destruction and violence and murders might still be going on. (Although Trump is trying to start a whole new war of aggression against Yemen in his bombing and murders of innocent civilians there. Should we not criticize such criminality and incompetence on Trump’s part there?)

We all have a right to comment on, criticize, refute every point of, lambaste, rake over the coals, even satirize and lampoon, U.S. foreign policy. Citizen or not. Especially given how immoral, corrupt, criminal, murderous and evil U.S. foreign policy has been for a CENTURY now!

Republicans and Democrats Continue to Be Against Common Sense and Decency, and a Free Society

America is further and further declining in its moral rot and economic impoverishment. And the sheeple continue to only consider the Democrat communists and the Republican fascists and just stress themselves out over this upcoming election.

What is the latest craziness?

Krazy Kamala has picked another crazed lunatic to be her VP running mate in November, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. She apparently skipped over the other potential VP, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, who is Jewish.

Due to the anti-Israel protests throughout the country, the Democrat party is now infiltrated with anti-Semitism. So I wonder, did the anti-Israel (and Antifa, etc.) activists warn Kamala that activists would burn her Chicago convention to the ground if she picked Jewish Shapiro as her VP? Just asking.

Regarding Gov. Tim Walz, during the 2020 George Floyd riots Walz did nothing to discourage or crack down on the riots, violence, looting, murders, assaults, and arsonists setting fires to the hundreds of businesses who had nothing to do with George Floyd’s death.

Walz is thus pro-rioting and looting, pro-setting fires to businesses including black-owned businesses (so much for “black lives matter”).

He also signed legislation to mandate tampons in the schools’ boys rooms as well as girls. Yes, boys need tampons. Yes, boys menstruate. And Walz also signed legislation to allow minors to have genital mutilation surgeries without parents’ consent, in the name of gender transitioning, and if parents objected the State can take the kids away from that family.

Walz supports the Mengele-like medical industry inflicting their brainwashed “trans” agenda onto children and engaging in human experimentation and genital mutilation on kids (and making a lot of money at it, too!). So, Walz is pro-child genital mutilation, pro-child abuse and exploitation, and pro-child kidnapping. Nice job, Kamala.

And, oh yes, Walz was one of those Covid nazis, those governors and mayors imposing harsh, tyrannical restrictions, stay-in orders, forced business closures, social distancing, mask mandates, and on and on.

Those government Covid nazis were full of sh*t with their authoritarian orders, knowing full well that Covid was a scam and a hoax. When Gavin Gruesome  is caught at the French Laundry without mask and not socially distancing, and Nancy Lugosi at the hairdresser, and London Breed, Wretched Witchmer, all those Covid dictators totally ignoring their own nazi orders, you know it’s a hoax.

Yet, despite such extra lunacy with Kommie-La and Walz, the Democrats will still “win,” as they will still steal the election in November just as they did in 2020. Like in 2020, on election night the vote counting will stop suddenly in a coordinated fashion in several different states, to allow time for all the extra ballot stuffing Kamala votes to be brought in polling places in suitcases and coolers, and so on. And they will eject the election observers from the premises and put pizza boxes over the windows so observers can’t look in and see the cheating going on. That is my prediction.

So the Republicans are spending or wasting a lot of time and energy on all the legal actions they are planning to take in various states, as I heard Karoline Leavitt say on the radio yesterday. No, I am not a Trump supporter. But I believe that there will be plenty of judges and bureaucrats who will reject the legal challenges based on “lacking standing,” just like in 2021. It’s really a communist revolution right before our eyes.

But the Republicans suck, too. Their policies are anti-freedom and fascist, too. Trump, “MAGA” people, Republicans and conservatives love government central planning in the immigration issue, for example. That is the apparatus that Biden-Harris are using to bring in the Third World. Without such apparatus, they wouldn’t be able to do that.

And no, Trump’s border policy was no good as well, the police state at the border. Very anti-American. Trump, Republicans and conservatives have this collectivist view of America, that we need to keep foreigners (“illegal aliens,” “invaders” etc.) out of the country, like the territory is all one property and we are all “one family,” “they are breaking into our home,” etc.

Republicans and conservatives believe strongly in the idea of citizenship, in which non-citizens must be kept out, like this whole territory is a private club. You must get citizenship and/or permission from the gubmint to get into the club, and you must jump through a lot of hoops, etc. (So much for a “free society”!)

So, Republicans and conservatives are against private property rights, free exchange, freedom of movement, self-ownership, and free market capitalism, among other things that used to “make America great.”

It is in socialist society like ours which Republicans and conservatives believe in when you have to get permission from bureaucrats to live a life, work, move or do business.

And Republicans and conservatives love the war on drugs. They are nanny-statists. They love their nanny state, in which the government tells you what chemicals you may or may not put into “your” body. They support wholeheartedly the police state apparatus to enforce such orders and diktats, and all the death and destruction that goes with it. Trump wants to militarize the war on drugs, to show you how ignorant and buffoonish he really is.

And Republicans and conservatives love socialist government confiscation of private wealth and redistribution of earnings schemes. They love the income tax. They love it. My proof of that is not one Republican in CONgress ever submits legislation to repeal the Income Tax Act of 1913, a.k.a. Revenue Act of 1913. Republicans and conservatives love the idea of the government stealing money away from the workers and producers of society. And that is all confiscatory taxation is: stealing.

Republicans and conservatives have no clue as to the right of the people to their economic liberty, as well as personal and civil liberties, just like the communist Democrats and liberal/leftists.

So, both sides suck, for their respective reasons, the Democrats and liberal/leftists, and the Republicans and conservatives.

Now, I don’t particularly endorse the Libertarian Party’s candidate for President, Chase Oliver. But I do endorse the LP’s platform.

For example,

As respect for property rights is fundamental to maintaining a free and prosperous society, it follows that the freedom to contract to obtain, retain, profit from, manage, or dispose of one’s property must also be upheld. Libertarians would free property owners from government restrictions on their rights to control and enjoy their property, as long as their choices do not harm or infringe on the rights of others. Eminent domain, civil asset forfeiture, governmental limits on profits, governmental production mandates, and governmental controls on prices of goods and services (including wages, rents, and interest) are abridgements of such fundamental rights. For voluntary dealings among private entities, parties should be free to choose with whom they trade and set whatever trade terms are mutually agreeable.

And,

Since all persons are entitled to keep the fruits of their labor, we oppose all government activity that consists of the forcible collection of money or goods from individuals in violation of their individual rights and strive for the eventual repeal of all taxation. To further that end, we call for the repeal of the income tax, the abolishment of the Internal Revenue Service and all federal programs and services not required under the U.S. Constitution. We oppose forcing employers to serve as tax collectors. We support any initiative to reduce or abolish any tax, and oppose any increase on any tax for any reason. To the extent possible, we advocate that all public services be funded or allowed to be provided in a voluntary manner.

Like Democrats and liberal/leftists, Republicans and conservatives have a huge problem with that kind of freedom.

Libertarian Murray Sabrin Running for U.S. Senate in New Jersey

If you live in New Jersey, believe in freedom, hate the State and its institutionalized criminality against innocent people, and you don’t like incumbent Sen. Bob Menendez or the Republican candidate Bob Hugin a Big Pharma exec, then consider voting for the Libertarian Party candidate Murray Sabrin. As I wrote in this post on the New Jersey election, Murray has the right libertarian positions on many issues. Here is Murray on the 2nd Amendment. And here is Ron Paul’s endorsement of Murray Sabrin.

However, I am not particularly in agreement with Murray’s views on immigration. As I wrote in the post on the New Jersey election, “Dr. Sabrin does say he’s for immigration reform. I am not sure I totally agree with the specifics. I would repeal all laws pertaining to immigration, because the Constitution does not authorize the federal government to get involved in immigration. Just leave people alone, as long as you don’t suspect someone of committing acts of aggression, theft or fraud. It doesn’t matter whether the individual is within the “borders” or on the outside and traveling in.”

And I also included in that post a quote from Tom Knapp, who happens to be on the national Libertarian Party’s platform committee. Here’s Tom Knapp:

When I sought appointment to the Libertarian Party’s 2018 platform committee, I made a few commitments (including):

To seek a committee recommendation that the Libertarian Party delete the final sentence of Plank 3.4, “Free Trade and Migration,” as follows: “We support the removal of governmental impediments to free trade. Political freedom and escape from tyranny demand that individuals not be unreasonably constrained by government in the crossing of political boundaries. Economic freedom demands the unrestricted movement of human as well as financial capital across national borders. However, we support control over the entry into our country of foreign nationals who pose a credible threat to security, health or property.” Thanks to the committee for considering, and passing, this proposal!

I don’t think the LP platform says anything about “citizenship.” If it does, it shouldn’t.

But I was very disappointed by Murray’s recent Facebook entry on immigration. He wrote:

“I oppose birthright citizenship because it is not consistent with the fundamental concept of citizenship–a strong cultural and political tie to a nation’s legal and economic systems. Citizenship requires embracing a nation’s founding ideals. For America, that means embracing our founding documents, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, especially all the rights guaranteed to a nation’s citizens. Coming to America legally is the best way to demonstrate that an immigrant will make our country his homeland to become a productive citizen.” – Murray Sabrin on the 14th Amendment

“I oppose birthright citizenship because it is not consistent with the fundamental concept of citizenship.”

But the “fundamental concept of citizenship”  is not consistent with the fundamental concept of liberty, freedom of association, and private property, very important libertarian principles.

“Citizenship requires embracing a nation’s founding ideals. For America, that means embracing our founding documents…”

No, America has in its Constitution the First Amendment that protects the right of freedom of thought and conscience of every individual. In America, you can have the freedom to think and believe whatever the hell you want, even crackpot communist kookery.

If someone doesn’t “embrace the founding documents,” then he is not allowed “citizenship”? Not allowed in? Should we kick out Bernie Sanders, Evita Ocasio-Cortez, and Donald Trump? (And most of Trump’s cabinet, most of the U.S. Congress and the Supreme Court, and on and on…)

One commenter on Murray’s Facebook post stated that “The entire concept of citizenship is statist and un-libertarian.” And I totally agree with that.

I think a lot of people out there are America worshipers, and see this country as more of a private club than a territory in which the freedom of the individual is protected. Including the freedom of thought and conscience. The nationalists and conservatives and talk radio ditto-heads are obsessed with “citizenship” as well as their collectivism and America group identity mysticism. Many people of this variety do not see the forest for the trees, when it comes to the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights, and especially private property and free-market capitalism. They want socialism in immigration controls in their endorsing of Washington’s central-planning bureaucrats’ attempted but futile controls over the movements of millions of people. And I must say, what a shame that there are very prominent libertarians who have been eating up the “immigrant invasion” fear-mongering. I’m reminded of the killer bees coming up from the south … and it never happened.

But if you are in New Jersey, please vote for Murray Sabrin. Make a statement to the Republicrats and Demopublicans in Washington.
